Do you custody any funds?

No. AurusAI never holds capital. Orders route through your Deriv MT5 account via signed API calls. You retain full custody and can revoke access at any time.

Does paper mode use real market data?

Yes. Paper trades are simulated against live tick streams, so fills, slippage, and spread match what live execution would have encountered.

What happens when I cancel?

The engine stops placing new trades at the end of the current cycle. Open positions remain under your MT5 control and are not forcibly closed.

Can I run my own strategies?

On the Desk tier, yes. Strategies ship as Python classes following the StrategyBase interface and are hot-loaded into the engine.
